Treatment length depends on the complexity of each case. Most comprehensive treatments take 12 to 18 months, with simple cases completing in around 6 months and complex cases up to 24 months. Your exact timeline is determined at your consultation based on your 3D scan and a discussion of your goals.

Clear aligners are removable trays changed every 1 to 2 weeks. Braces use fixed brackets and wires adjusted periodically. Aligners are often preferred for aesthetics and for being able to eat and clean normally. Both can achieve similar alignment outcomes for suitable cases, which is determined clinically.
